Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Minimum 12 months administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately.
• Answer all queries by phone or email professionally.
• Produce accurate documentation at all times.
• Process adjustments with insurers and issue revised docs.
• Refer queries outside own experience to senior staff.
• Re-marketing exercises.
• Handle client payments in line with procedures.
