Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

You will review client documentation for accuracy to support quoting, maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure compliance, and support Account Executives in renewals and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation for accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Support renewal retention and meet FCA requirements.
• Willingness to learn and progress professionally.
• Ability to process data promptly on relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients across a range from sole traders to large organisations.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
• Review client documentation to ensure information is comprehensive and accurate for quoting.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and customer satisfaction.
