CKB Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious Commercial Insurance Broker / Account Executive in the UK. You will handle SME to Mid-Market clients, advising on Property, Liability, PI, and Commercial Combined policies while developing strong client relationships.

With a two-year track record in commercial insurance, you’ll benefit from an uncapped commission structure, Dip CII study support, and a clear career progression path within a growing independent broker.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' commercial insurance broking or insurance sales experience.
• Knowledge of Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Commercial Combined policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and sales-driven approach.
• A desire to develop professionally and build a long-term career within insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and advise clients on their insurance needs.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Support clients with policy selections across SME to Mid-Market segments.
