Sulzer is seeking a strategic Head of Commercial Operations for the UK & Nordics Services to drive profitable growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will optimise sales processes, tools, and commercial strategies, uniting Sales, Operations and Service Centres to deliver value and strengthen Sulzer's market position.

The role requires leadership of commercial programs, data-driven decision making, and extensive stakeholder engagement across regions with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading long-term service agreements and multi-year contracts.
• Senior leadership in commercial excellence or sales operations in a complex B2B/engineering setting.
• Track record delivering initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with CRM and forecasting systems.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of commercial excellence strategies to grow sales and customer value.
• Expand Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) with cross-functional collaboration.
• Centralise, standardise and improve tendering and bid processes for efficiency and win rates.
• Act as the main commercial link between service centres, Sales, Operations and leadership.
• Provide data-driven commercial leadership through pipeline visibility and forecasting.
