• Lead commercial management across complex customer contracts, projects and disputes.
• Act as a trusted adviser to project teams for commercially sound decisions.
• Identify, negotiate and deliver change orders, variation claims and revenue opportunities.
• Support prevention and resolution of disputes and contractual challenges.
• Translate technical issues into robust commercial positions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal to align objectives.
• Influence stakeholders across regions to maintain momentum and outcomes.
