Sulzer is hiring a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to lead complex contract management for global projects from Leeds, with remote/hybrid working flexibility. You will act as a commercial co-pilot to protect margin, unlock revenue opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will influence strategy, manage risks and contribute to Sulzer's Centre of Claims Excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial contract management, claims management or project commercial management.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, EPC, energy, oil & gas sectors preferred.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to manage commercial risk while identifying value opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management across complex contracts, projects and disputes.
• Act as trusted advisor to project teams to drive commercially sound decisions.
• Identify, negotiate and deliver change orders and revenue opportunities.
• Support prevention and resolution of disputes and contractual challenges.
• Translate technical issues into practical commercial positions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.
• Influence stakeholders across regions to maintain momentum and outcomes.
• Support Sulzer's Global Centre of Claims Excellence and governance improvements.
