Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in London is seeking a Commercial Director to drive commercial growth for an AI-enabled HealthTech platform serving the life sciences sector. You will shape go-to-market strategy, identify new market opportunities and expand presence across pharma and healthcare industries.

This hands-on role reports directly to the founders and involves building the commercial function as the business scales, including hiring and scaling the team in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare technology markets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, including entering new markets or expanding existing business.
• Background working with data-driven solutions, healthcare analytics or related technologies.
• Track record of generating new business, managing accounts and closing complex B2B deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies across pharmaceutical and life sciences markets.
• Identify new therapy areas, market segments and target customers to drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical companies, developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiations and closing.
• Use healthcare data and market insights to identify opportunities and develop compelling commercial propositions.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, RFPs and strategic negotiations.
• Work closely with the founding team to shape pricing, partnerships and wider go-to-market strategy.
• Help build and develop the commercial team as the business grows.
