Cognizant in London seeks a Director, Consulting Growth Partner in Life Sciences Commercial to drive growth across Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Commercial Operations.

You will originate and close new opportunities, shape proposals, build delivery teams and oversee delivery where it matters, collaborating with account, delivery, technology and markets colleagues.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in an office per week, with a focus on client success and work-life balance.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Life Sciences Commercial consulting or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior clients and internal leaders.
• Extensive stakeholder management across C-suite to Director level.
• Experience developing commercial strategies, transformation roadmaps and client business cases.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute growth strategies expanding Cognizant's Commercial consulting footprint across pharma, biotech and MedTech.
• Originate, qualify and close consulting-led opportunities across sales force effectiveness, omnichannel engagement, market access and pricing.
• Own portfolio performance including revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, delivery quality, timelines and budgets.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders, aligning offerings to their priorities.
• Provide Commercial domain leadership by identifying market, data, technology and AI trends and mentoring consulting talent.
