Job summary

Worley is recruiting a 2027 UK Graduate in Commercial to join our London team, with opportunities across the UK offices. You will gain hands-on exposure to contract management, commercial strategy, project performance and risk management while rotating through multidisciplinary teams on international projects.

The two-year graduate programme includes structured training, mentoring and development opportunities while gaining experience across multidisciplinary teams and a diverse portfolio of UK

Qualifications

• Final year of study in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree or graduated within the past two years.
• Achieved or working towards a minimum 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent).
• Degrees in listed disciplines are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in commercial decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have full right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial managers in the preparation and submission of proposals.
• Assist with management of the prime contract with a diverse portfolio of customers and projects.
• Assist with project forecasting and reporting, risk and opportunity management, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to contract reviews, identifying contractual risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with project, engineering, procurement and finance teams to deliver project outcomes in line with the prime contract.
• Develop understanding of commercial strategy, governance, compliance and project controls within a global organisation.
• Build strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills through exposure to clients, partners and project teams.
• Develop business acumen, understanding cost bases and pricing under different contractual and commercial models.
