Worley invites applications for a Graduate Process Engineer within the UK graduate program. Based across our UK offices including Aberdeen, London, Manchester, Glasgow, and others, you will gain hands-on experience in process design and delivery on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

You will complete a structured two-year development programme with mentoring, training, and professional accreditation support, while rotating through multidisciplinary teams and international

Formación

• Final year student or recent graduate in engineering.
• 2:1 honours degree or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong interest in process engineering.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Involved in project delivery across phases from concept to commissioning.
• Develop process deliverables: heat and mass balances, calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Apply engineering judgement to design, operations and safety challenges.
• Support process safety and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Deliver projects to quality, schedule and budget.
