Worley invites you to join its 2027 UK Graduate Program in Commercial. This two‑year development path provides structured training, mentoring and cross‑discipline exposure across contract management, commercial strategy and risk management in UK offices including Aberdeen.

Ideal candidates are final‑year or recent graduates with a 2:1 honours degree in related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the right to work in the UK.

Formación

• Final year or recent graduate with 2:1 honours or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields (Commercial Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Construction or Project Management).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in commercial decision‑making.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial managers with proposals, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Assist in managing the prime contract with a diverse portfolio of customers and projects.
• Help with project forecasting, risk management and performance analysis.
