Job summary

WR HVAC in Redditch is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial boilers and burners, with a focus on temporary boiler systems.

You will join the engineering team and work across UK sites, handling fault finding on gas, oil, electrical and heating systems, and participate in emergency breakdown responses while benefiting from ongoing training and clear progression pathways.

Qualifications

• Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
• Relevant commercial appliance modules such as CIGA1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A
• Experience with commercial boilers and forced-draught burners
• Strong heating and electrical fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• OFTEC would be advantageous for oil-fired equipment

A rapidly growing specialist in temporary HVAC and temperature control solutions, providing emergency and planned heating equipment to commercial and industrial customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their engineering team in Redditch, working predominantly with temporary commercial boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial boilers and burners
• Install, commission and decommission temporary boiler systems
• Fault find on gas, oil, electrical and heating systems
• Attend emergency breakdowns across commercial and industrial sites
• Work with pumps, heat exchangers, pipework and associated HVAC equipment
