Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to service, maintain and fault-find on commercial gas and burner equipment across social housing and building services contracts. The role covers South London and the Home Counties with a 1 in 6 call-out rota and a £450 monthly retainer, plus ample overtime to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Commercial Gas ACS qualifications required (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1).
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial boilers/burners.
• Full UK Driving Licence; social housing/FM/building services experience desirable.

Requirements

• Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules)
• Proven experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within social housing, FM or building services desirable
