Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer to service a number of West Midlands sites. You will manage PPMs and reactive tasks, covering boilers, AHUs, water boosters, pumps and ventilation.

The role includes fault-finding, diagnostics and site-based duties with a potential on-call rota. The ideal candidate will possess ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications, an NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications are required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC is required.
• F Gas Cat 1 is desirable.
• 18th Edition is desirable.
• Full UK Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

• PPMs and reactive work on boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, pumps, and related mechanical systems.
• Inspect, fault-find, and diagnose issues across heating and ventilation equipment.
• Take part in on-call rota as discussed during interview.

My client are looking for those with a strong commercial gas background, working on a variety of equipment from boilers, AHU's, pumps and motors. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around West Midlands and surroundings, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPM's. You will be provided with industry leading training, with fantastic opportunities to progress within the company.

Job Description

• PPMs and reactive work
• Boilers, AHU's, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing , fans, pumps etc
• Inspection, fault finding, diagnostics
• On call rota (Will be discussed at interview stage)

45 Hours/Week
