Michael Kors is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to act as a core finance partner for the EMEA Retail organization in London. You will own planning, performance management and provide actionable financial insight to drive profitability.

You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting for Retail sales and direct costs, challenge assumptions, and support leadership with concise, data-led commentary.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance within retail or consumer businesses.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L drivers and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Hyperion and SAP is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Partner with EMEA Retail leadership to provide financial insight and challenge for commercial decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Retail sales and direct costs.
• Own regional and store-level sales and KPI planning with appropriate phasing of targets.
• Prepare month-end reviews with explanations of variance to budget/forecast.
• Deliver concise management commentary for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support FP&A team development and drive improvements in reporting processes.
