Marks Sattin is partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to appoint a senior FP&A leader. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multi-channel operations and provide strategic insight to the Board and senior leadership.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven FP&A leadership experience in retail, luxury, consumer, or multi-site environments.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
• Track record of driving business performance through data-led insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
• Provide strategic insight and analysis to the Board and senior leadership team
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability reporting across retail and e-commerce channels
• Partner with key stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chain
• Develop KPIs and performance reporting to support business growth
• Lead financial modelling and investment appraisals for strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team

Successful Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven FP&A leadership experience within retail, luxury, consumer, or multi-site environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
• Track record of driving business performance through data-led insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
