Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for FP&A across the EMEA Retail channel, reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A. This contract role covers forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional partnering across 50+ locations.

You will work on occupancy, capex, store costs, and quarterly analytics, with hybrid working in the London area; requires 5+ years finance exp, ACCA/CPA, advanced Excel, Power BI. Oracle/Hyperion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience in fast-paced business environments.

Responsibilities

• You manage the ongoing revenue forecasting processes for all associated revenue for 50+ locations within our retail channel, partnering with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate forecasting and identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
• Support on the preparation of business cases affecting the retail channels, including new location proformas, works closely with the Store Development team to obtain senior leadership approval and make recommendations.
• You manage our occupancy, capex, and repairs and maintenance store costs, including closely partnering with the store real estate team. You will identify opportunities for cost optimisation and how to drive efficiency in our processes.
• You are a trusted business partners to our Store Development Teams assisting in queries and analysis when required.
• You will support with monthly and quarterly reporting, analytics and commentary on regional performance.
• Represent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives that impact on our retail channels.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision making as directed by the Senior Manager of FP&A.
• Partner with cross-functional SSC teams, supporting them through the annual budget, and monthly re-forecasts. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
