Michael Kors is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in London. You will lead a multi-channel strategy across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and more, directing a team of channel specialists and agency partners.

You will own budgets, forecasts and performance insights to optimise growth and marketing efficiency. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Analytics and Finance teams, ensuring alignment with business goals

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading multi-channel digital marketing programmes and media investment in retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Proven people leadership experience, guiding specialist teams and agency partners.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Shopping, including Google Ads, SA360 (or equivalent), bidding strategies and optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and investment reallocations across channels and markets.
• Knowledge of marketing measurement using analytics platforms and Media Mix Modelling.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for strategic conversations and channel reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EMEA digital marketing strategy and performance across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and emerging channels.
• Own cross-channel investment planning, forecasting and budget allocation to maximise revenue growth and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement actions to improve results.
• Drive testing, optimisation and innovation within search to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SEO, AEO, and analytics teams to maximise visibility and impact.
• Lead and develop a team of six channel specialists and manage agency relationships.
