Hermès GB in London is seeking a Finance FP&A analyst on an eight-month maternity cover. Based at our Mayfair head office, you will support planning, forecasting, and financial analytics for the UK & Ireland region.

You will partner with the FP&A Manager and accounting team to develop robust controls, improve reporting, and drive stock, margin and sales analysis. The role emphasizes training and collaboration with cross-functional partners to sustain financial performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting professional preferred.
• Strong data analysis and data-mining skills.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience collaborating across a large organisation to influence and drive change.
• Experience in managing stock equations and analysing sales margins.

Responsabilités

• Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying trends and drivers for budget holders.
• Maintain analytical tools to monitor and evaluate business performance, including detailed analysis of sales, margins, inventory and provisions.
• Support month-end and quarterly P&L closings, including accruals and cost allocations.
