As a Commercial Director, you'll join a fast-growing main contractor with ambitious expansion plans. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute leader to make a significant impact and build your team as the company grows.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of work in fibre, telecoms, and data centres, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction. The company values, supports, and empowers its leaders.

The Role of the Commercial Director Will Involve:

1. Handling projects from pre-construction to completion, including dispute resolution.
2. Managing and reviewing payments, ensuring subcontractor payments, conducting forecasting meetings, and scrutinising payments for accuracy.
3. Participating in growth strategy meetings with other leaders.
4. Establishing and maintaining client relationships and representing the company professionally.

The Successful Commercial Director Will Need:

1. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and a proven track record in dispute resolution.
2. A hands-on approach with experience in building successful teams.
3. Experience and knowledge within the Fibre and Renewable sectors.
4. Full-time commuting to the office.
