Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
• Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium brand experience and exceptional service to consumers.
• Lead, coach and motivate store team for a positive work atmosphere.
• Manage daily store operations to reach sales targets (incl. digital services, visual merchandising, salesfloor).
• Identify and improve areas based on consumer feedback.
• Be a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives and train your team.
• Ensure store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.
