We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial and Sport Underwriting team at Victor Insurance UK. This role will be based in Witham and is a hybrid position.

Victor operates as a Managing General Agency (MGA), offering a wide range of commercial combined, property, liability, motor, and specialty insurance products in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a market-leading MGA.

We will count on you to:

1. Manage and maintain relationships with regional brokers, colleagues, and clients across the UK.
2. Assist the Commercial and Sport (specializing in Golf Masters) team in underwriting business and developing strong relationships.
3. Identify opportunities to provide solutions to existing client/broker accounts by evaluating applicant situations and determining insurance risks.
4. Underwrite both new and existing business within your delegated authority.
5. Communicate effectively with senior staff to ensure clarity and positive relationships.
6. Prioritize clients and customers by working within SLAs and maintaining high service standards.
7. Engage with brokers and colleagues to increase profitable relationships, both virtually and in person.
8. Issue insurance policies by calculating premiums and negotiating terms with regional brokers.

What you need to have:

1. Experience in Commercial Combined Insurance.
2. Experience using digital trading platforms.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
