This role involves supporting SchemeServe customers by:

  1. Building and maintaining insurance products (or schemes) on our platform.
  2. Troubleshooting issues and responding to support requests.
  3. Helping new clients bring their insurance products to life, understanding their requirements, and getting their products operational.
Candidate Profile
  • Proficient in Word and Excel; comfortable with basic tasks.
  • Solid foundation in insurance with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset, interested in working with insurance products and platforms.
  • Enjoys teamwork and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Not seeking a developer role; no coding required.
  • Keen on process improvement and understanding the 'why' behind tasks.
  • Curious, dependable, authentic, efficient, and willing to challenge norms.
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance or underwriting (minimum 2 years).
  • Based in the UK (position is fully remote).
Preferred but not essential
  • Experience as a Configuration Analyst or Business/Systems Analyst for SaaS insurance software (no coding needed).
