Job summary
Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Analyst to join our IT team in Coventry, shaping Order to Delivery and Aftersales processes. You will translate commercial needs into digital solutions, working across Sales, Aftersales, Operations and IT.
You will drive requirements, define specifications, create user stories and support product delivery from backlog to release, while leveraging data insights to improve revenue and dealer experience.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges.
- Lead requirements-gathering activities through workshops and interviews.
- Analyse As-Is and To-Be business processes and document them.
- Develop business requirements, functional specs and user stories.
- Support the development of business cases with benefits, risks, and costs.
- Validate solutions against requirements and assist UAT.
