Job summary

Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Sales Supply & OTD Operations Manager to join our Coventry-based Sales Operations team. You will lead end-to-end vehicle supply and Order-to-Delivery across the UK and Europe, coordinating with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance and Retail partners to deliver on time.

You will optimize allocation, manage constraints, and provide clear visibility of order status while driving improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Order-to-Delivery management experience.
• Coordinate allocation and planning with production, logistics and sales.
• Monitor order pipelines and production schedules.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays.
• Develop OTD KPIs and performance reporting.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales and retailers on delivery forecasts.
• Willingness to travel and on-site Coventry

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Delivery across UK/Europe.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and supply planning.
• Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle order pipelines and shipping milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide delivery forecasts and order updates with Sales.
• Support vehicle launches and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance.
