Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive (Hill’s Pet Nutrition) is seeking a UX & Website Development Executive to plan, develop and implement the company’s website and user-experience strategy. You will manage online marketing content, review site functionality, and coordinate with Global and EMEA teams for 24/7 platforms.

The role emphasizes prioritization, vendor coordination, and driving improvements across Hills pet and Hills vet sites, with a strong focus on UX and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Marketing/Data Analytics or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital product management.
• Strong skills in web analytics platforms and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Hill’s websites with user-centric content to boost engagement.
• Analyze on-site search and personalization for tangible improvements.
• Represent EMEA in global website strategy with marketing and IT teams.
• Support rollout of global website strategy and localization of content.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize conversion.
