Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a senior Analytics Solution Architect to bridge business questions and connected analytics. You will translate business needs into technical blueprints, partnering with GIT to design end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and visualization for the regional platform strategy.

The role requires hands-on development of scalable analytics across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Pricing data.

Qualifications

5–10 years of hands‑on analytics delivery experience, incl. 3–5 years for commercially focused analytics.
Experience blending Sales, Financial, and Supply Chain data.
Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end analytic outputs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial and GIT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Build relationships with Global Analytics teams to scale solutions.
Design end‑to‑end data ingestion, transformation, and visualization blueprints.
Support tool selection and enablement for optimized UX.
Drive governance, security, and scalable data solutions.
Develop POCs and stress test data requirements with end users.
Lead enablement: training and materials for local analytics teams.
Mentor developers and coordinate with enterprise architects.
