Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and analytical individual to join our Commercial team based at our national support centre in Warrington.

As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Commercial Manager and wider business by providing detailed reporting, analysis and insights. You’ll work closely with both sales and operational teams, helping to improve performance and identify commercial opportunities across our business.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of initiatives – from building business-critical reports to supporting strategic reviews and identifying areas for commercial improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilising Power BI (Insight) to build and distribute reports to Sales and Operational teams.
  • Producing detailed commercial analysis and performance dashboards.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement (e.g. lapsed customers, key account reviews, underperforming asset classes).
  • Supporting regular weekly and monthly reporting processes.
  • Analysing target adherence across teams and identifying gaps in performance.
  • Providing commercial insight to support operational decision-making.
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer account reviews and commercial performance summaries.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Manager on projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting with rebate tracking and related performance metrics.
