The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Commercial Administrator to join our office-based team in Peterborough. You’ll be working closely with our delivery and traffic management teams across one of our three core workstreams.
Your job? To make sure everything flows — from purchase order to payment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Checking and submitting quotes and invoices for client payment
- Processing costs in our internal systems
- Managing inboxes and portals (experience with Vitruvi or CEMAR? Even better!)
- Resolving disputes and chasing queries with precision and professionalism
- Ensuring every detail is spot-on and fully compliant
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a fast-paced admin role — ideally in infrastructure, local authority, or construction
- Strong data entry and workflow management skills
- Experience working with portals or finance/payment systems
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
