Job summary

Brighthire Solutions Ltd T/A Brighthire Recruitmen in East Grinstead is seeking an Account Manager to join a busy Sales & Marketing team. You will manage client relationships, review commercial agreements and coordinate onboarding of new clients, with a mix of relationship management and contractual responsibilities.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a compensation package up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services, contract administration or a similar commercial role.
• Practical experience reviewing contracts, service agreements or commercial terms.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• A commercially aware, proactive approach with the confidence to manage client relationships and deadlines.
• A degree in Law, Business or Contract Management would be beneficial but is not essential if you have relevant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business clients, building strong relationships and supporting client retention.
• Review third-party contracts and service agreements, identifying key terms, obligations, renewal dates and potential issues.
• Coordinate new client onboarding, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover.
• Support contract renewals, account development and opportunities to grow existing relationships.
• Prepare account reports, attend client meetings and support business events, roadshows and webinars.
