Job summary

Howden is recruiting a Commercial Account Handler to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

You will review client documentation for accuracy to support quoting, maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure compliance, and assist Account Executives in renewal retention while meeting FCA requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support quoting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations and compliance standards.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and meeting FCA requirements.

• Ability to process data accurately on relevant systems to support client service and analysis.
