Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Product Manager to join its client team, driving strategy, discovery, design, delivery and adoption for a major ecommerce transformation programme in a London-based setting.

You will translate business and customer needs into a clear product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and secure alignment with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager within Retail e-commerce.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Ability to navigate enterprise environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Support the product Vision: Define, communicate, and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your product scope
• Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead multidisciplinary squads across Product, UX/UI, Delivery and Optimisation, balancing rapid delivery with long-term objectives
• Drive Customer-Centric Discovery: Champion user research, journey mapping, and problem validation to ensure features solve real customer problems
• Stakeholder Alignment & Strategy: Align on product requirements, prioritisation and rollout across diverse stakeholders
• Champion Modern Product Practices: Apply Agile, Lean, and continuous discovery practices to foster high performance
• Deliver Measurable Commercial Value: Link product decisions to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
