Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Product Manager to own the ecommerce transformation strategy for flagship retail clients. You will translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap, collaborating with the client’s Product team, agency colleagues and client staff to align on delivery and outcomes.

You will lead discovery, design, development and launch, driving measurable value while balancing speed with long-term objectives in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager in Retail e-commerce.
• Platform migrations from legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your product scope.
• Lead multidisciplinary squads across Product, UX/UI, Delivery and Optimisation.
• Champion user research, journey mapping, and problem validation to solve real customer problems.
• Manage a wide range of stakeholders across the business to align on product requirements, prioritisation and rollout.
• Demonstrate Agile, Lean, and continuous discovery methodologies to foster high performance.
• Focus on outcomes—relating product decisions to revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
