Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead a major ecommerce transformation for a high-profile retail client. You will translate business needs into a clear strategy, drive discovery, design, delivery and adoption in collaboration with agency colleagues and client staff.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Product Manager within Retail e-commerce, with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
Demonstrable experience migrating from legacy systems to modern architectures.
Ability to integrate Engineering and UX/UI and influence stakeholders across a large programme.
Strong practical knowledge of modern product methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Deep understanding of omnichannel retail ecosystems and online-to-offline integration.

Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your scope.
Lead multidisciplinary squads across Product, UX/UI, Delivery and Optimisation, balancing rapid delivery with long-term objectives.
Champion user research, journey mapping, and problem validation to ensure features solve real customer problems.
Manage a wide range of stakeholders to align on requirements, prioritisation and rollout.
Demonstrate Agile, Lean, and continuous discovery to foster a high-performance culture.
