• Experience supporting learners with SEMH/ADHD needs in 16+ settings.
• Ability to support across classes and in 1:1 or small group contexts.
• Willingness to engage in both academic and practical sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage behaviour within lessons and de-escalate risk or crisis situations.
• Assist with academic and independent growth of learners.
