Lowell Group Ltd is seeking a Collections Strategy Specialist in Leeds with hybrid working. You will design, develop and deploy smart collections strategies across various customer groups, using data to guide trials and drive improvements while ensuring compliance and strong customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Operations and Omni Channel to translate insights into practical changes, aiming to simplify journeys, digitise processes and boost efficiency.

Formación

• Strong experience of developing, deploying and improving collections and/or customer strategies, with a clear understanding of how strategy influences customer and commercial outcomes.
• Experience using data and insight to shape strategic decisions, identify opportunities and design effective trials or champion-challenger approaches.
• Ability to interpret analysis and turn complex information into clear, practical strategies and recommendations.
• Strong customer and commercial awareness, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proven experience of influencing change and working effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SAS or SQL would be beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not essential; experience of Lean and Agile principles would also be advantageous.
