Collections Customer Service Advisor
Are you interested in joining Loop as a Customer Service Advisor in our Collections Department? We offer a starting salary of £24,000, an excellent progression scheme, and great benefits!
Our office is located on the border of Leeds and Bradford, in Thornbury near Pudsey, with excellent transport links and free parking.
On site, you'll have access to free tea and coffee, bike storage, breakout rooms/pods, a prayer room, and a canteen area.
As a Collections Customer Service Advisor, you will handle incoming calls from customers across Yorkshire. Your focus will be on providing professional, high-quality service, meeting targets, resolving customer inquiries quickly and accurately, and tailoring services to customer needs. You will use your influencing and negotiation skills to agree on realistic payment plans and review customer accounts manually.
Please note, successful candidates will undergo a 5-week induction training from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
