Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Colleague Engagement Manager to help colleagues understand and connect with the bank's purpose, strategy and priorities. You will join the Colleague Engagement team and collaborate with strategy, insights, digital channels, production and events professionals to create engaging communications.

This role offers hybrid working across the UK with two days per week in London or Swindon (or 40% time if part-time), and a 6-month secondment.

Job description

As a Colleague Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues understand and connect with Nationwide's purpose, strategy, and priorities. You'll be part of our Colleague Engagement team and work within a small team to develop and deliver engaging communication strategies as well as alongside strategy and insights, digital channels, production, and event professionals.

You'll join the Group Customer & Communications function, which is responsible for protecting and enhancing Nationwide's reputation with both customers and colleagues. This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
