Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of UK construction contracts like NEC, ICC, FIDIC, JCT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client team, project managers, and contractors.
• Monitor project costs and validate contractor costs.
• Provide input to financial reports for clients.
• Support procurement team in contractor evaluations.
• Administer contracts ensuring compliance and maintain project records.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
