Job summary

Intercity Technology seeks a Microsoft 365 Productivity & Collaboration TA to design, implement and optimise solutions for customers. You will focus on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Copilot, ensuring the best value from the core productivity stack.

The role is remote-first with monthly travel to the Meppershall site and occasional customer visits, offering growth, certifications and a structured development path.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and implementing Microsoft 365 productivity & collaboration solutions.
• Ability to present to customers at all levels and translate complex designs into actionable plans.
• End-to-end delivery expectations from workshop to implementation.

Responsibilities
