Job summary
Caffeine Limited in Greater London is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair premium commercial coffee machines on customer sites. You will travel across our London patch, delivering first-class service to cafés, restaurants, offices and more.
You’ll perform boiler inspections, diagnose issues, order parts, and coordinate with the Service & Technical Manager to support growth. A company van is provided along with extensive training and pension benefits.
Qualifications
- Field-based experience with commercial coffee or vending machines.
- Comfortable working across a variety of commercial equipment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and coffee machinery.
- Full UK driving licence.
- PSSR training is a bonus, not essential.
Responsibilities
- Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines.
- Repairing, servicing and maintaining equipment in the field.
- Carrying out boiler inspections.
- Spotting potential issues early to prevent breakdowns.
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts, and processing warranty claims quickly.
- Working alongside our Service & Technical Manager to support the department’s growth.
