As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, service and repair coffee machines, water and boiler systems at customer premises, travelling to sites and ensuring high standards of customer care.

You will need hands-on technical skills, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication to liaise with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, repair and maintenance of coffee equipment and related systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Excellent customer-service and communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain equipment at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service.
• Perform fault finding and diagnosis, keeping equipment in good working order.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles, reporting faults to line manager.
