Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the Midlands region to support customers and field engineers on commercial coffee machines. You will travel to customer sites to diagnose faults, install and service equipment, and provide hands-on technical assistance.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, experience with bean-to-cup or vending systems, and a full UK driving licence. A company car, laptop, mobile and pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial coffee machines is essential.
• Experience in technical support, field service or engineering.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field engineers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software faults on coffee machines.
• Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support installation, commissioning and servicing of coffee and vending equipment.
• Travel throughout the UK as required.
