Fulcrum Engineering is seeking skilled Pipe TIG and MMA welders to work on coded pipe projects across Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role covers 1/2–2 inch pipework, including screwed, maypress, and flange connections, with site install and maintenance tasks.

Candidates should have CSCS and IPAF qualifications, experience with HVAC/mechanical systems, and be comfortable lifting and rigging. Temporary contracts with varying shifts are available.

Formación

• Experience welding 1/2 - 2 inch screwed & maypress pipework.
• Ability to fabricate/install pipework to drawings or site runs.
• Candidates should have safety certifications (CSCS, IPAF or equivalent) and rigging experience.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate and install pipework to drawings or site runs.
• Move pipe spools, valves and supports to lay down areas.
• Assist with checks, testing and reinstatement fitting work.
• Work on generators, turbines and HVAC/mechanical systems as required.

Coded Spec Pipe TIG - MMA Welders CSCS - IPAF Ops

Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are acting as a Employment Business on behalf of our Clients

Covering Cambridge, Haverhill. Stradishall. Bury St Eds area Sites

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Pipe TIG Welders & Pipe MMA Welders Working on welding 2 - 6 inch stainless and carbon pipe to coded specs.

Pipe Fabricators/Fitters and

HVAC or Mechanical Engineers or Techs & Fitters

Working Install & Maintenance Work. Working on the safe removal of Piping, HVAC, Mechanical systems

Moving pipe spools, valves, supports from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Fabrication & installing new modified Pipework to drawings or site run work.

Working on 1/2 - 2 inch screwed & maypress pipework & 2 - 6 inch flanged & welded pipework

Hours = 0700 to 1730 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 6 to 13 + weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract Skilled = £28 + per Hr up to 60 Hrs Sat £35 per Hr Sun £38v per Hr

Depending on Skills/Quals Semi Skilled Mates = £19 to £23 + Hr

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
