Rockfish Plymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service at a coastal restaurant. You will coach the team to reach full potential, modeling our values of care, community and connection while guiding daily operations and guest experiences.

You will participate in a structured training plan designed to develop leadership skills, with opportunities for progression through Rockfish's training and career growth programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to create a high-energy, culture-led restaurant environment.
• Coach and develop the team to reach peak performance and exemplary service.
• Supervise alcohol service as required and uphold safety and compliance.
