Job summary

Rockfish Plymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service. You will coach the team, lead by example, and drive our core values of care, community and connection.

You'll partake in a structured training plan and develop management skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish, including supervising alcohol service and a flexible shift pattern to match busy periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Server or Supervisor in a similar restaurant environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours, able to support busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment that inspires the team to care about what they do.
• Coach your team to fulfil their full potential and uphold core values: Care, Community and Connection.
• Lead by example and participate in a structured training plan for management development.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol as required.
