Job summary

Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training for one of its coastal UK restaurants. You will support the General Manager by coaching and leading the team through a structured training plan, with opportunities for progression and development within the Rockfish family.

You will supervise alcohol service, have at least one year of experience as a Server or Supervisor, and work flexible hours to meet busy shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment that motivates, trains and leads by example.
• Coach the team to fulfil their potential and embrace our core values: Care, Community and Connection.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol as required.
• Participate in a structured training plan and ongoing skills development.
