Rockfish Salcombe is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager in Training to support the General Manager in creating a vibrant, guest-focused dining room. You will coach the team, lead by example, and help uphold our values of care, community and connection.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant.
• Willingness to lead by example and coach a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Flexible approach to working hours to support peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a high-energy, culture-led dining environment.
• Coach and motivate the team to reach their potential and uphold Rockfish values.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol and ensure responsible service.
