Rockfish is seeking a Manager in Training to support restaurant leadership, coach teams, and uphold our culture of care and excellence. You will contribute to staff development, food safety, and cost control while growing your career in hospitality.

You’ll train under senior managers, experience varied shifts, and participate in a structured plan designed to develop you into a competent manager across Rockfish locations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety standards.
• Experience with stock control, cost management and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Support the General and Assistant Manager in creating an inspiring restaurant environment.
• Coach and develop the team to reach their full potential and uphold Rockfish values.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol and ensure high standards of service and safety.
