Rockfish Plymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the General Manager in building a vibrant, service-led restaurant. You will mentor staff, drive training, and lead by example to deliver exceptional hospitality and teamwork.

You will help implement our core values—Care, Community and Connection—while progressing through a structured development plan with ample opportunities for career growth within Rockfish’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
• Willingness to supervise alcohol service.
• Flexible to work peak times and busy periods.
